Anyone agree?

I suddenly remembered some advices that my father told me not long time ago, so i decide to share with everybody and see whether everyone agree. So the Conversation go like this,(Sorry for non-chinese, i have tried to expain it as simple as possible so that everyone can understand, but i believe is not that hard to understand)

Father : "Son, do you know how to write worker in Chinese?"
Me : "Yes, it goes like this 工人"(工 mean work, 人 mean human, person)
Father :"Ok, so now i ask you, when can a worker become success?" (in chinese 出头 which mean lift up your head which also mean sucess)
Me :"How would I know that? Work as hard as possible maybe? Work until high rank, promotion, and boss like me maybe."
Father :"Hmm... you still don't understand much of life son. Try put another stroke on the word work (工)." What word it become?"
Me : It become earth (土)
Father : "Right, a worker only able lift up his head when he become earth human (土人) which mean only when he dead then he can lift up his head".
Me :"Wah.. i never realize that it can be interprete like that."

So the story behind this conversation is that no worker will be as success as a person that work for himself. No matter how hard working you are, you are working to make other people(BOSS) more richer everyday but not yourself. A person can only be successfull, is when that person work for himself and make himself rich. Another interesting fact that i come to know is that all worker are pay peanuts! A CEO and A Janitor, A CEO is paid $200,000 per month, while a Janitor is paid $2000 a month, so now i ask you who is paid peanuts? You might say the Janitor of course! But to me I will say depend! Why?? If the CEO is able to bring a Monthly revenue of 10 million for the company, compare his pay and his worth. Is he being poorly paid? If the Janitor is only in charge of cleaning one toilet bowl, is he being paid peanut? So the amount of pay you receive must be tally with the amount of work you performed! However no matter how good you in generating revenue for the company, you will always be paid much much lesser than the amount of revenue that you can generate and in the end your boss will be the one that rich! So by knowing this fact, it is important for individual to start collecting multiple stream of income, by being a full time worker and part time boss of themselves. This is to ensure that you won't be worker for the rest of your life!
