Yesterday someone ask me why use credit card?? so i think is a good topic to post and share with everyone. This something i learn from Secret of self made millionaire and it is quite useful. try it if you dont believe because i try it and it work!
So why should we not throw away our credit card and use them??
credit card when use properly can be a great saving money tools! but there are several criteria u must met!
- always pay out your outstanding bill every month! (IMPT)
- using credit card can allow you to have some form of rebate or discount (save more money!)
- Use the points accumulated to exchange for gift (Save u even more money)
but always limit yourself to one credit card, so that if ur card burst u will stop using your card. it serve as a sort of limitation to yourself AND IMPT must pay off what you owe by end of month so you wont be charge with the interest. When the bill come to you, it is nicely accounted for you, so save your time to do all the accounting work! so when use properly Credit card is a good saving tools!
